Digital Marketing Services

Once a digital marketing service (such as SEO, social media marketing, advertising, or other campaigns) has been purchased and work has commenced, it is non-refundable.
However, if you believe there was an error in billing or you’re unsatisfied with the service quality, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We’ll review your request and work to resolve the issue fairly.

Digital Marketing Courses

We offer a 7-day refund window on our online courses, provided:

  • You have completed less than 20% of the course content.
  • You submit a valid reason for the refund request.
  • The request is made within 7 days of purchase.

After 7 days or after significant course consumption, no refunds will be granted.

Partial Refunds

In special circumstances, we may offer partial refunds for:

  • Projects that are canceled early by mutual agreement.
  • Courses with verified technical issues preventing access.

All such cases will be reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.

Subscription Services

If you subscribe to a monthly or annual service:

  • You can cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of your billing cycle.
  • You must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged again.

Courses Hosted on Third-Party Platforms

If you’ve enrolled in one of our courses via platforms like Teachable, Udemy, or Thinkific, please refer to their refund policy directly. Refunds for third-party platform purchases are managed according to their terms.

Exceptions

No refunds are available for completed services or fully accessed/downloaded digital products.
